Consulting Services provided at a rate of $50/hr with the exception of RE site assessments. Descriptions of these services follow. A credit in the amount of the Site Assessment will be given if your RE system is purchased through Lean, Clean Energy.

Travel time up to one hour round trip is included in the above rates.
Beyond one hour, additional travel charges will be kept as low as possible
Includes site visit and written recommendations (no formal report).
Site visit includes the following:
1) A basic energy use and energy efficiency analysis
2) Efficiency recommendations to help reduce system size and cost
3) An estimate of the resource available (wind, solar) at your site using appropriate measures
4) Recommendation of system size and placement to meet your needs
5) System component recommendations, and
6) Next steps toward achieving your RE goals
· Non-Incentive Program Comprehensive Assessment:
Slightly more formal version of the Basic Assessment above including a more comprehensive written report. Report includes all the elements of the Basic Assessment, further details and diagrams explaining the rationale behind recommendations, and some product literature.
· Incentive Program (Focus on Energy, WPPI, etc) Site Assessment:
Designed for those in areas where utility incentives are offered. Includes the site visit and complete, detailed report required by most incentive programs to receive rebates. Report includes all information in the Non-Incentive Assessment above, plus required photos and information on possible grants available. There are usually rebates available through the program provider (Focus on Energy or WPPI) to assist with assessment costs.
